Application specific ceramic components
OxiMaTec develops customer specific materials and implements them in its own facilities into injection mouldable granulate. The continuous exchange between Leonhardt and OxiMaTec results in tailor-made tools, which are attuned to the specific ceramic formulation.
Design at pleasure
For prototypes we bring our compacts in a near-net-shape on the most modern milling centres. Through ultrasound-based 5-axis milling or 3D laser machining the precision components receive their final geometry following the sintering process.
Analytic perspicacity
OxiMaTec offers analytical analysis, rigidity tests of materials and the measuring of contours and surfaces with scanning electron microscopy and 3D measurement technology as additional services.
